🗓️ Return Window
Customers can return a product within 5 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
📦 How to Initiate a Return

Order ID
Product name
Reason for return
Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will guide you through the return process.
🚚 Return Shipping
In most cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
💸 Refund Method
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed online to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
⚠️ Important Notes
Returns are allowed up to 3 times per customer/account.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.
Items on sale or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
